Thirty-one masterclasses, each mapped to modules within IALE's QCTO-accredited occupational qualifications (Accreditation No. 03-QCTO/SDP 180124083634). Designed for professionals at all levels — from foundational awareness to hands-on technical application — across the public sector, private enterprise, state-owned entities and non-profits.

Every masterclass uses cases from mining, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, education, retail and public administration.

Participants leave each session with tools, frameworks and action plans they can apply immediately.
In-person workshops, virtual sessions or blended programmes — teams of five to cohorts of fifty.
