Practice 03 · QCTO No. 03-QCTO/SDP 180124083634
Insight without capability evaporates. As a QCTO-accredited skills development provider, we close the loop: accredited AI and digital programmes, executive masterclasses and workplace learning that certificate real competence — 1,500+ professionals trained, from entry level to the boardroom.
AI Masterclasses
Onsite and offsite, 5–15 day delivery options, lab-based and interactive — your team solves real problems with the latest AI frameworks and walks out with working knowledge and usable tools.
| Masterclass | What you walk away with |
|---|---|
| AI Essentials for Work | A solid grounding in AI fundamentals for non-technical professionals — everyday AI tools used with confidence, cross-industry examples and practical tasks. |
| Prompt Engineering | Precision prompting with the SCIS framework — structured prompt methods, few-shot prompting and hands-on tool practice beyond basic queries. |
| Agent AI Developer | Automation of routine work with AI agents — learners build personalised "AI control towers" that save hours every week. |
| AI for Managers | Leading AI initiatives: evaluating AI products, building the business case, guiding human–AI collaboration, ethics and regulatory alignment. |
| AI Governance | Deploying AI ethically and securely in African contexts — privacy, bias and risk, with regional case studies and responsible-AI frameworks. |
| Data Science Practitioner | Predictive analytics and no-code machine learning for non-specialists — interpreting models, visual insights and AutoML tools. |
| Cyber Security Analyst | Foundational cybersecurity with AI-enhanced threat detection and response — for IT professionals securing digital assets. |
Content rooted in real African industry use cases — Johannesburg before London, Kimberley before California.
No fluff. You leave with working knowledge, usable tools and tasks completed in the lab, not a binder on a shelf.
5–15 day delivery formats, onsite or offsite, matched to operational reality — including two-day intensives for executives.
QCTO-accredited and run by Africa's leading AI transformation practitioners. Training that counts — for qualifications, SETA funding and B-BBEE scorecards.
Sustainability & Performance
AI is not the only capability gap in a South African organisation. Somebody has to sign the sustainability report, close out the licence conditions, find the energy that is being wasted, prove the programme worked and put the numbers in front of the board. These five accredited programmes build exactly those skills, and they run in the same format as our AI masterclasses — real data, real templates, work finished in the room.
| Programme | Built for | What you walk away with |
|---|---|---|
| ESG & Sustainability Reporting | Sustainability, finance, company secretarial and investor relations teams | A disclosure calendar, a working indicator set and a reporting pack structured for assurance — plus a clear read on which frameworks your investors, lenders and JSE obligations actually require, and which ones are noise. |
| Environmental Management & Compliance | SHEQ, environmental and operations teams on permitted sites | The NEMA suite applied to your own operation: EMP implementation, licence conditions tracked against owners and dates, incident and non-conformance handling, and one completed internal environmental audit. |
| Energy Audits & Efficiency | Engineering, facilities, utilities and finance teams | An energy baseline for your own site, a costed list of efficiency measures ranked by payback, and measurement and verification practice you can defend to a funder or a tax reviewer. |
| Results-Based Monitoring & Evaluation (RBME) | Programme managers, M&E officers, municipal, SETA and donor-funded project teams | A theory of change and logframe for a live programme, indicators that can actually be collected in the field, and an evaluation plan aligned to the government-wide monitoring and evaluation system. |
| Data Analytics | Analysts, supervisors and managers in any function | Your own operational data cleaned, analysed and built into a dashboard, with AI-assisted analysis used properly — and the judgement to recognise when a number is wrong before it reaches a board pack. |
QCTO-accredited delivery. Certificates count towards formal qualifications, SETA discretionary funding and the skills development element of your B-BBEE scorecard.
Delegates work on their own site, their own licence conditions and their own numbers. What they build in the room goes back to the desk on Monday.
Two-day intensives for executives through to 5–15 day programmes, onsite or offsite, scheduled around shift patterns and reporting cycles.
The same people who run our environmental monitoring, ESG reporting and AI engagements. Not trainers working from someone else's slides.
